Menu Tips and Suggestions for Your Buffet Catering
For all Zone 1 deliveries your buffet catering will be delivered to you hot. For all Zone 2 and 3 deliveries your buffet catering will be delivered cold for you to heat onsite.
We have warming ovens, plates, cutlery, service staff etc. available for hire at additional costs. Just let us know what extra items you need, and we can include them in your quote or order.
For a varied buffet we recommend selecting 2 -3 main dishes, a salad option, a side option and dinner rolls. You may also want to add buffet desserts to finish.
Some of our most popular buffet options include our slow baked chicken, salmon fillets, sirloin of beef and beef lasagne. For your vegetarians we’d recommend our sweet potato curry or frittata (both options are also gluten free). For salads, we suggest our Greek salad, potato salad or pasta salad to complement your buffet catering.
