FODMAP
Stands for: Fermentable, Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides And Polyols.
These are the scientific terms used to classify groups of sugars that are notorious for triggering digestive symptoms like bloating, gas and stomach pain.
FODMAPs are found in a wide range of foods in varying amounts including fructose (exists naturally in fruits and vegetables), lactose (the sugar found in anything made with milk), fructans (found in bread, pasta and other wheat-based products), galactans (found in certain legumes) and polyols (found in stone fruits and apples).
Fructose friendly options from our menu include rice paper rolls, nori rolls, gluten free sandwiches and wraps and some salads. With a limited number of FODMAP free menu items available feel free to give us a call so we can help you.

Vegan
A vegan diet is one that avoids all animal products, including meat, eggs, and dairy. Instead, vegans eat only plant-based foods. For many people, veganism is motivated by ethical concerns for animals.
Others adopt veganism for health reasons or to reduce their impact on the environment. Whatever the reason for choosing veganism, it is a commitment to living in a way that minimizes harm to animals.
Halal Catering Melbourne
Halal food is prepared in a way which adheres to Islamic law. This includes ensuring that the animal is slaughtered in a humane way and that blood is drained from the meat. Halal certified suppliers must adhere to strict guidelines set by halal certifying bodies.
As a result, halal food is widely considered to be of a higher quality and more humane than non-halal options. At our restaurant, we use halal certified suppliers and can provide halal meats and poultry upon request. This allows us to offer our customers the highest quality halal food possible.

Kosher
Kosher refers to food that adheres to the strict dietary guidelines of Judaism. Kosher food must be prepared in a certain way and can only be eaten with other Kosher food. For example, Kosher meat cannot come into contact with dairy products. Kosher food is also prepared using only certain utensils and equipment.
For these reasons, Kosher food cannot be prepared on our premises. However, we are able to provide Kosher meals at an additional cost from a reputable Kosher supplier for your guests. This will ensure that your guests have access to the food they need while adhering to their dietary restrictions.
