We offer a variety of lunch boxes that cater for different tastes or preferences and we also have dietary specific lunch boxes including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free. Each box includes a sandwich item, a side dish such as a salad, and a sweet item, other boxes have more options. Specific menus and options can be found on our website or by contacting our customer service.
Orders can be placed through our website, over the phone, or via email. We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Currently our lunch boxes do not have a minimum order quantity, we do though have a minimum order value for delivery. Please contact our customer service team as they can provide you any minimum order value based on your location.
Yes, we offer customisable options to fit dietary restrictions and preferences. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs.
We request that orders be placed at least 24 hours in advance. For large orders of more than 300 lunch boxes, please place your order at least three days in advance.
We deliver from 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. We currently serve the metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs. If you delivery is outside of our delivery areas please contact our customer service team to discuss delivery costs.
Our lunch boxes are packaged in eco-friendly, disposable containers that are designed to keep the food fresh and are easy to open.
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, we can also provide on account options with enable you to pay post delivery.
Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
