In March 2020, we proudly opened the doors to our new, state-of-the-art catering facility located just a short walk from Flagstaff Gardens at 96 Rosslyn St. Spanning 800 square meters, our central production kitchen and offices are custom-designed with the latest advancements in kitchen and food technology. Our facility is dedicated exclusively to corporate catering, including both office drop-off and event catering. We promise freshness and quality in every dish we serve. Unlike others who may repackage pre-made food, our dishes are crafted daily by specialist chefs in their respective fields – sushi, pastries, baking, savouries for both hot and cold lunches, buffets, plated meals, canapés, as well as cheese and fruit platters. Even our sandwich bar boasts leadership from chefs who have been with us for over 35 years combined.

Environmental responsibility is integral to our operations. We continually assess and improve our carbon footprint through various initiatives. At Elizabeth Andrews Catering, we tackle food waste, Australia’s largest category of waste, head-on with our commercial food composter that turns kitchen scraps into nutrient rich soil, used right here in our on-site herb gardens.

Our facility is equipped with the latest in food technology, including a multi-functional cooking station that combines the capabilities of a frypan, pot, grill, boiler, deep fryer, and pressure cooker all into one programmable unit. This technology ensures precise, consistent results and optimal food safety with every dish prepared.

Reliable, Timely Delivery

Your catering orders are delivered fresh and safe in one of our 17 refrigerated vans, a step above the industry standard, which often relies on personal or non-refrigerated transport. Located centrally in the city, we are ideally positioned to manage and fulfil same-day orders efficiently.
