By all accounts, there’s some light at the end of the Covid tunnel.

Over the past 6 to 8 weeks we’ve all battled in our separate ways with juggling working from home, homeschooling, keeping fit and healthy and keeping our minds in order.

2020 has certainly been a challenge and the impact of the devastating bushfires in January and February seems a distant memory.
 
Here at Elizabeth Andrews, we’ve adapted quickly to the self-isolation regulations with our home delivery service and we understand that as corporate activities start to ramp up, your demand for catering in the workplace will be different to what it was before COVID-19.
 
We’re currently working hard on adjusting our corporate catering offers in such a way that it balances the need to retain some semblance of social distancing, while at the same time taking a pro-active approach to minimising the environmental consequences of increased packaging.
 
Rest assured that when the restrictions are lifted, Elizabeth Andrews will continue to be there for you, just as we have for the past 29 years!

Never throw away the rind of a piece of cheese. Drop it into a pot of soup - any kind - for added flavor. Remove it with a spoon and discard it before serving.
