Made in the CBD for the CBD.                                         July 2021

It’s Christmas...in July! Right now is precisely when we start to develop our Christmas menus, ideas, theming and promotions.

As we all know, Christmas has been around for a while so making our Christmas offering new and exciting every year can sometimes be a bit of a challenge. Thankfully people’s demand for more healthy options, special dietaries and less traditional fare has meant we can “go out on a limb” a little more, and offer alternatives to the ham and turkey we’ve all been used to.

Keep an eye out over the next couple of months for our Christmas menu which will be chock full of exciting ways to spice up your Christmas catering this year – some traditional, and some less so!

Let’s all hope that this Christmas we can celebrate a COVID-free festive season!

Cooking Tip

Don't use oil in the water when boiling pasta, it will keep the sauce from sticking to the cooked pasta. To prevent pasta sticking together once cooked, reserve a little of the starchy water and add it back into the drained pasta.

Your Say

"The night went very well, we had more than enough food and it was delicious. Karol in the kitchen and Paula on service were not only extremely good at their jobs, but very lovely people as well. Please pass on my appreciation to them."
