Where do I start? First, it was the bushfires and now it’s COVID-19.

Has anyone seen a “reset button” for 2020?

Contrary to the rest of Melbourne (and for that matter, the world) we’ve been EXTREMELY busy over the past month. We’ve provided a few details about what we’ve been up to later on in this newsletter in place of our usual section that highlights “What’s on in Melbourne”.

We’re working hard with all of our suppliers to get you everything you need to your door. We’ve got you covered when it comes to soups, sushi, main courses, salads, desserts and alcohol. Together with our suppliers we’ve also put together a range of produce items and staples that’ll mean you won’t have to run the gauntlet at the supermarket!

If you’re working from home or self-isolating don’t forget to remind yourself constantly, that there WILL be an end to this and we’ll all soon be able to reflect on what we’ve just been through.

We miss you all and we’re looking forward to everything returning to normal.

With not much happening in Melbourne, we thought we'd update you on some exciting developments at EA's instead!

We Moved...Finally!

Despite the challenges that the Coronavirus has presented to our business, we have used this unexpected downtime in March to move to our new state-of-the-art kitchen at 96 Rosslyn Street, West Melbourne. We look forward to welcoming our loyal clients to our new premises later this year.

Food Tip

If you need only a few drops of lemon juice, avoid cutting the lemon in half — it will dry out quickly that way. Instead, puncture the fruit with a metal skewer and squeeze out exactly what you require.
