How to Order Online

You can easily place your catering order via our website anytime by following these simple steps:

1. Select Your Catering Products
   Browse our menu and select the catering items you would like to order. Click on the product to view more details, update the quantity, and then click Add to Cart.
2. Review Your Cart
   Once you’ve added all your items, click the Cart button at the top right of the page.
3. Special Dietary Requirements
   If you have any special dietary requirements, click Add Note next to the item to provide any relevant details. Our lovely team will make all amendments for you.
4. Proceed to Checkout
   When you’re ready to complete your order, click Checkout at the bottom of the screen.
5. Create a New Account
   As a new customer, click the Create a new account button. Enter your details including:
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Phone Number
   • Mobile Number
   • Email Address
   • Company Name
   • Address
   • Suburb
   • Postcode
6. Enter Invoice Address
   If your invoice address is different from your delivery address, select No under “Same as Above” and enter the required invoice details.
7. Create Account Login
   Enter a username for your new account and choose a password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain both letters and numbers. Confirm your password.
8. Account Creation Confirmation
   Click Create Account. This will direct you to the Cart Summary page.
9. Choose Delivery Date and Time
   Select your desired delivery date and time from the drop-down menu. You can also select multiple times for split deliveries if needed.
10. Add Additional Notes or Items
    If you need to add more items or include any specific notes (e.g., delivery instructions or special requests), you can do so here.
11. Adding a Favourite order
    When placing an order, select the “favourite” option. Assign a name to the order and save it.
    This can then later be accessed in “favourites” if you’d like to replicate the same order for an additional date.
12. Apply a Promo Code
    If you have a promo code, enter it in the provided field and click Apply to redeem your discount.
13. Confirm Business and Delivery Details
    Verify your business details and include any special delivery or kitchen instructions, if applicable.
14. Review Your Order
    Review all your order and delivery details to ensure everything is correct.
15. Choose Payment Method
    Select your preferred payment method and enter your payment details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Pay Later. Please note that if you choose to pay by credit card, the payment will not be processed immediately. A deferred payment will be completed after delivery, allowing you to make any changes leading up to your delivery day. Please not with all credit card payments, a 2% credit card surcharge will apply.
16. Place Your Order
    Once everything looks good, click Place Order. You’ll receive an order number, and an order confirmation will be sent to your email.
