How much food should I order?
To help you determine how much food to order, here’s a recommended breakdown based on meal types:
- Breakfast
- Order 3 pieces per person.
Example: 1 breakfast slider, 1 yoghurt, and 1 mini pancake stack.
- Order 3 pieces per person.
- Morning Tea
- Order 2-3 serves per person.
Example: A fruit platter to share, a sweet mini muffin, and a savoury ham and cheese croissant.
- Order 2-3 serves per person.
- Lunch
- Order 1.5–2 serves per person.
Example: 1 point sandwich per person, and 1 Southern fried chicken burger, or 1 whole wrap and half a point sandwich.
- Order 1.5–2 serves per person.
- Afternoon Tea
- Order 2-3 serves per person.
Example: A sausage roll, a mini brownie, and a shared gourmet cheese platter.
- Order 2-3 serves per person.
- Canapés for Lunch/Dinner
- Order 6–8 pieces per person.
Example: Choose from our 1, 2 or 3-hour canapé package, including at least 3-5 hot canapés and 3-5 cold canapés.
