When do I need to place my order for next day delivery?
Orders or amendments for next day deliveries must be placed by 4.30pm the day prior.

Mixed Executive Sandwich – 1 whole sandwich (4 quarters)
Club Sandwich – 1 whole sandwich (3 fingers)
Cobb Sandwich – 1 whole sandwich (cut into 3)
Mini Bagel – 1 whole Mini Bagel
Petite Baguette – 1 whole Petite Baguette
Roti Wraps – 1 whole Roti Wrap (2 halves)
Ciabatta – 1 whole Ciabatta (cut into 3)
Ficelle – 1 length (the same size as a petite baguette)
Phillipa’s Bakery Roll – 1 whole roll
3 What are EA’s delivery parameters?
At Elizabeth Andrews we strive to deliver your order by the specified time, every time.
Cold Orders
Cold orders may arrive up to 90 minutes prior to the time that you require your order. Our product is delivered straight from our temperature controlled cool rooms into our refrigerated vans and are best left to come to room temperature for at least 60 minutes prior to service but please ensure that the cling wrap remains tightly sealed.
Hot Orders
Hot orders will arrive up to 10 minutes prior to the time that you require your order.
4 When does EA collect the platters or equipment?
For regular catering orders equipment will be collected within 72 hours of delivery. For larger orders equipment will be collected the next business day. If you require an urgent collection please do not hesitate to call 9670 4361 or email
catering@elizabethandrews.com.au
If you use a number of caterers please ensure that you have all EA equipment separated for return to EA as replacement costs will be charged for any lost equipment.
5 What are EA’s methods of payment?
Elizabeth Andrews accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and payment by cheque. By prior arrangement we are also happy to accept Diners Club, American Express and EFT payments.
6 How early can EA deliver in the morning?
EA can deliver as early as you require noting that there is a small delivery fee for all orders prior to 7am and after 5.30pm weekdays.
7 Can I place an order for the same day?
Definitely, EA is very happy to assist with same day orders. Please ensure that all same day orders are placed by phone on 9670 4361 so that we can confirm your order with you quickly to get it underway.
8 How much do I have to spend to avoid the delivery fee?
A minimum of just $40 per delivery ensures that you do not get charged a delivery fee.
9 Do you deliver outside the CBD?
EA is happy to deliver outside our free delivery zone for a minimal fee. Please ask our Customer Service team for a quote on the delivery fee if you have a catering requirement in the suburbs.
10 Are you open on the weekend?
Elizabeth Andrews is very happy to assist you with weekend orders provided we are given at least 72 hours notice and a minimum spend of $400 is achieved for Saturday and $600 for Sunday. You can enjoy the quality and service of Elizabeth Andrews with deliveries on weekends between 9am and 11am. Unfortunately hot food deliveries are not available on weekends. Weekend surcharges do apply.
11 How do I become a new EA customer?
We no longer have account application forms; sign-up is online or over the phone
12 Does service equipment come with regular catering orders?
Items such as plates, glassware, cups and cutlery do not come standard with regular catering orders. Serviettes come complimentary with all orders. Menu items such as coffee and tea and our BBQ packages include additional equipment complimentary. If you require crockery, cutlery or disposables please refer to the Equipment section of this website or talk to your Customer Service consultant.
