It’s that time of the year!

The response to our Christmas menu has been huge……….and the feedback we’re getting from those businesses that have got in early and had their Christmas party already has been “top shelf”. Between now and Christmas there are a number of days in our calendar that we are at 100% capacity and can no longer take bookings. While most companies have planned well ahead, if you’re stuck for catering solutions, feel free to give us a call and we’ll do our best to help out!

Elizabeth Andrews had it’s staff party at the Melbourne Botanic Gardens moonlight cinema a couple of years ago and without doubt it was a fantastic and memorable evening – well worth a visit.

I mean seriously – where has the year gone? I know it’s a cliché but this year really does seem like it only started last week!

A huge amount has happened in the world of Elizabeth Andrews which has set us up for what promises to be an outstanding 2019. Our team has grown by 15% with additional team members in production, despatch and customer service. But catering’s not just a numbers game. It’s primarily about service and support and continuous improvement.

Last week, Elizabeth Andrews had a stand at the Executive Assistants Network at the Sofitel. Many of the people who came and visited us at the stand were already customers of Elizabeth Andrews and it was great to receive the wonderful feedback we did from them over the course of the conference. And a couple of people had some constructive feedback that we’re in the process of taking on board and actioning – it’s all part of the conversation and the desire to achieve common goals.

Catering’s such a personal thing that the better the conversation we can have with each other, the better the outcomes. We welcome the good feedback and the not so good feedback and that’s why is was great to catch up with some of our customers face to face at the conference last week.

Andre Rasquinha is joining Elizabeth Andrews and will take a lead role in the business in 2019. Andre is a qualified chef and has many years of catering and management experience with Gardner Merchant and Sodexo. More details will follow in next month’s newsletter.
